Booking Process

Contact us via Reservation and Info page or email us at [email protected] to request availability for your accommodation preference and your preferred travel dates. Please specify the number of guests traveling and whether any guests are young children as they have reduced all-inclusive rates.

We will confirm receipt of your inquiry and respond with availability information.  Confirm with us that you wish to proceed with booking of your trip. Please provide the name and contact information for the lead guest. A copy of the rental agreement will be sent to you to be completed and return to us. An invoice will also be sent to you.

You have the option to pay a deposit of $700.00 per week or the total fee (please refer to the Cancellation Policy page for the resort’s terms and conditions regarding refunds.) If you put down a deposit, the remainder is due 45 days prior to your travel date.  REMEMBER: the all-inclusive fees is not part of the accommodation rental fee. The all-inclusive and resort fees are paid to the resort at the time of check-in

Our preferred method of payment is a major credit card or PayPal. All credit cards are processed through PayPal by a secured link. On the invoice, there is a button to click on and it will take you to PayPal. You do not have to be a member of PayPal to use this feature. We do accept US Postal Money Orders and Certified Bank Checks for payment.  If using either of these two methods, payment will have to clear the bank before we process your request.

The reservation is made with the resort and confirmation is sent to you via email.  Please check various airline companies to make sure there are flights and space available for your dates but do NOT book your airfare until you receive the reservation confirmation.  The further ahead you book with the airline of your choice, the less expensive the airfare.

As soon as you can, please forward your flight information so we can arrange for your transportation to the resort from the airport which is free of charge for our guest if you arrive in Puerto Plata (POP).

Our main goal is for your trip to be as pleasant and carefree as possible.
