The Blue Lagoon

Specialty: Caribbean Dining
The Blue Lagoon is located directly at the Lifestyle Hacienda Resorts private beach and faces beautiful Cofresi beach. During the daytime beginning at noon, the Blue Lagoon opens for light lunches and snacks. Fresh salads, juicy burgers, sandwiches, chicken and even a catch-of-the-day from the grill are available until 7pm.

In the evening, the restaurant is the perfect place for a truly Caribbean flair. A varied menu, based on seafood, offers fresh fish and seafood prepared with a touch of Cajun flavor and fruits of the Caribbean. Two especially popular items are shrimp Al Fuego style (spicy!) and sea bass rolls infused with passion fruit. In addition, the restaurant offers fish and seafood barbeque and other creole specialties.

Casablanca Buffet Style Restaurant

Specialty: International and Themed Buffets
Breakfast: The international buffet style breakfast offers 18 different warm choices plus fruits and fresh seasonal juices, cereals, and breads. Try or request different combinations of fruit juices and milk shakes prepared at the juice bar. Have an omelet made to your specifications.

Lunch: The noon buffet offers a large selection of salads , meats, vegetables, and international dishes to choose from. There is a pasta corner and pizza station, burgers, sandwich bar, and a wonderful selection of desserts.

Dinner: There are 14 different international buffets where you can enjoy a gastronomical journey through France, Italy, Spain, America, Mexico, India, China, and not forgetting the exotic Dominican Republic and more. Friday nights are Casablanca Gala night with a delicious selection of dishes, in a distinguished ambiance where you can enjoy and taste creative cuisine complete with your choice of wines, etc.

Bellini Pizza and Pasta

Specialty: Italian Cuisine
For those who are fans of Italian food, the Bellini Restaurant offers a wide variety of mouthwatering pizzas and pastas made from traditional recipes of Italy. Gourmet pizzas are specially prepared for your tastes with pomodoro sauce, mozzarella cheese, and a variety of meats and vegetables of your choosing. The homemade pasta is freshly pressed and cut daily served with traditional Italian sauces and famous cold meats imported from Italy.

Las Canas Pool Bar

This bar is in the central part of the resort near Casablanca Restaurant and the Tropical Suites. It’s alot of fun to swim up to the bar and order a nice cold drink!

Trapiche Paradise

Specialty: Tex / Mex Dining
The outstanding fusion of these two cultures has created the Tex Mex cuisine. Here one can find the famous fajita, specially made with strips of beef, pork, chicken, or seafood combined with sweet bell peppers, onions and tomatoes, all cooked on a charcoal grill and infused with the tantalizing flavor of “Mesquite” (an aromatic desert tree). Also available is a wide variety of burritos, specially made with your choice of meat or seafood seasoned with only the best array of Mexican spices and sauces, all served on wheat tacos.

Indochine

Specialty: Asian Fusion Cuisine
The Indochine offers Chinese, Japanese, and Indian specialities. There are
delicious selections of flavors and ingredients with shellfish combinations, sushi, spicy curries and a Chinese pasta and rice station where you can personally choose your preferred ingredients for your dish preparation.

This bar is located in the Lifestyle Tropical Hotel and Suites.

VIP World Bar

This bar is right beside the pool in VIP World. You can also order snacks if you’re hungry!

There is also a poolside bar at the Presidential Suites. The Tower has 3 bars: a coffee bar, a vodka bar, and an international bar.
